• Be financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment while in your possession
• Not transfer or sublease the rented equipment to any third party
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our service

3. Service Limitations

MilyWao.com reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service without prior notice
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion
• Limit availability of specific gaming consoles or accessories based on inventory
• Implement waiting periods or reservation systems during high-demand periods
• Verify user identity and payment information before completing rental transactions
• Charge additional fees for late returns, damaged equipment, or other service violations

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on MilyWao.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of MilyWao.com or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of MilyWao.com or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of MilyWao.com.

All gaming consoles, games, and related intellectual property rights belong to their respective owners and manufacturers. MilyWao.com does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property made available through our rental service.

5. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MilyWao.com provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific rental transaction giving rise to such claim
• We are not responsible for any content, games, or software provided by third parties through the rented gaming consoles

By using our Service, you acknowledge these limitations of liability and use the Service at your own risk.

6. Payments and Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your rental as specified at the time of reservation. Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period has begun. Security deposits may be required and will be refunded upon satisfactory return of equipment, less any deductions for damage, late fees, or other charges as outlined in these Terms.

Late returns will incur additional charges at our current daily rate plus a processing fee. Failure to return equipment may result in the full replacement cost being charged to your payment method on file.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through the following process:

• First, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns amicably
• If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which MilyWao.com is registered
• The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the proceedings shall be confidential
• The arbitration shall take place in the city where MilyWao.com maintains its principal place of business
• The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to any dispute with MilyWao.com.

8. Termination

MilyWao.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you must return any rented equipment promptly.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MilyWao.com is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

MilyWao.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
